Competing Internationally, Drug tested NPC events & Newbie Competitor Tips!

Amy recaps her competition in the Bahamas and gives tips and advice for competing overseas. The NPC announced a new drug tested pro qualifier in Pittsburg for 2025. Drug tested competitions for natural athletes seem to be trending more. Some posing throwbacks are making comebacks AND newbie competitors should be careful to check their classes backstage with the expeditors!
